As a Territory Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new club partnerships within an assigned geographic territory. You will build relationships with club directors, presidents, and key decision-makers, conduct discovery meetings, present partnership opportunities, and guide organizations through the sales process. This is a full-cycle sales role designed for individuals who enjoy creating opportunities, building relationships, and generating results. You will work closely with our Club Partnerships, Operations, and Executive Teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through signed partnership.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective soccer clubs and organizations.
- Develop relationships with club directors, presidents, board members, and decision-makers.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Execute strategic territory growth plans.
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments.
- Present ARETYN's products, services, and partnership model.
- Create proposals and partnership recommendations.
- Negotiate agreements and close new business opportunities.
- Consistently work toward and exceed performance goals.
- Become the local expert within your assigned market.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities to expand ARETYN's presence.
- Represent ARETYN at industry events, conventions, tournaments, and networking opportunities.
- Keep CRM records accurate and organized.
- Track opportunities and document next steps.
- Forecast future business and territory growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Preferred Background
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, recruiting, customer success, or another customer-facing role.
- Experience in teamwear sales (preferably soccer)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers and business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
