A well-established Hawaii-based construction and development organization is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead vertical construction operations across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a highly visible leadership role with oversight of preconstruction, estimating, procurement, project management, engineering, field operations, quality, budgets, schedules, and team development.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across vertical construction
- Oversee estimating, procurement, contracting, project management, engineering, and field teams
- Drive project budgets, schedules, quality, and overall execution
- Lead staffing and resource planning across active and upcoming projects
- Support design-assist, constructability, cost analysis, and preconstruction
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal leadership
- Develop managers and strengthen systems that improve consistency and project performance
What You Bring
- 10 years of construction experience with proven senior-level leadership
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong background in vertical construction
- Proven expertise in estimating, cost control, scheduling, and project execution
- Experience leading multiple construction functions and developing teams
- Strong client-facing, communication, and decision-making skills
- General Contractor license required
