Confidential search. Western U.S. heavy equipment dealer.
I'm working with a thriving, well established equipment dealer covering six and a half western states, and they're building out their sales leadership team. This is a company with deep industry roots, strong customer relationships, and real momentum, and they're ready to bring on a Director of Sales to help take things to the next level. This role can be located in Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City.
This is a true leadership role. You'll be building and growing a team, hiring four to eight reps in your first year, putting your own stamp on process and KPIs, and coaching reps to perform at a higher level. Leadership is hands on, supportive, and ready to give you the authority to run things your way.
Industry credibility matters here. Equipment, rental, or related capital equipment sales experience is a must. Compensation is strong and flexible for the right person, and there's real room to grow as the company expands its footprint.
