What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Arena Family of Companies?
Project Manager, Commercial Mechanical Construction, Loveland, CO
There's a certain kind of satisfaction that comes from walking a job site and knowing you built something that will run quietly and reliably for the next 20 years. If that sounds like your kind of win, keep reading.
I'm working with a well established, family owned mechanical contractor in Northern Colorado that's been doing commercial HVAC, plumbing, and design build work across healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects for years. They're known for treating people right, which shows: this is a team with real staying power and very little turnover, not a revolving door.
They're adding a Project Manager to help run mechanical projects from the ground up, working closely with the field team, ownership, and clients to keep jobs on schedule and on budget.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning project scope, schedule, and budget on commercial mechanical jobs from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinating with field crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep everyone aligned and problems solved before they become expensive
- Managing procurement, submittals, and change orders with a sharp eye for detail
What they're looking for:
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction, whether that's from the field, estimating, or PM side
- Someone who can read a set of mechanical drawings and speak the language of the trade, not just general construction
- A steady communicator who clients and crews trust
This is a stable, well run shop offering a competitive compensation and benefits package, and a genuine long term seat with a company that isn't going anywhere.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
