Summary:

You are preparing the team for success each day making sure the dining room is service ready, filling stocking pars, and familiarizing yourself with any specials. Description:
As a Ardor Server/Waiter you are an expert on our products. Your commitment each day is to consistent and quality Customer service. you are the face and voice of Ardor, showcasing our passion for our craft through your actions. You are interacting with customers, helping them get what they need whether it is sitting them down to eat, placing an order, or picking up a to go order. You have the ability to explain our culture, give in depth menu knowledge, and provide Ardor moments. Cleanliness, Anticipating guests needs, Clear communication, and making people feel cared for are your bread and butter. The entire restaurant team benefits from your commitment to providing the best care for customers. You are instrumental to our success.
Additional Requirements:
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- You maintain composure and customer focus while attending to and solving issues
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
Pay & Benefits
At Ardor Park, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
