Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dining environment. Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 7:15-1:30, alternating Saturdays (7:45AM-1:30PM) and Sunday (7:45AM-12:30PM).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Assist with bussing and setting tables
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Ability to assist with bussing tables when needed
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience
