Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel contract with Providence Home Health at Compassus in Salem, Oregon.

This position offers the autonomy and one-on-one patient care of Home Health while working primarily with a geriatric population throughout the Salem service area.

• Complete in-home PT evaluations and reassessments

• Coordinate care with nursing and the interdisciplinary Home Health team
