Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an Assistant Technician. As an Assistant Technician, you will collaborate with team members to support property renovations, perform repairs, and assist in maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring all tools and materials are organized, assisting lead technicians, and maintaining worksite safety and cleanliness. Additionally, you may transport supplies and equipment between projects as needed.
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and working in various environments
