What you’ll do:
- Process incoming vendor invoices & reconcile vendor statements.
- Ensure that invoices are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
- Communicate with vendors to answer questions, clarify terms and resolve issues.
- Ensure imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in preparation of journal entry support.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
What you’ll need:
- High School diploma.
- 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
- Great communication and math skills.
- Ability to work with others and deal effectively with vendors and operations to answer questions and provide information.
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience, intermediate Excel skills & NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working independently and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Regular dependable attendance.
