**$20/hour monthly bonus**

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is motivated by sales, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-run property.

You will be responsible for helping customers find the right storage solution, following up on leads, and ensuring the property is consistently maintained to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers choose the right storage solution for their needs
• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into rentals
• Follow up with leads to drive rentals and occupancy
• Provide excellent in-person and phone customer service
• Maintain a clean, secure, and professional property
• Walk the property regularly to ensure everything is in good condition
• Process rentals, payments, and account updates
• Assist customers with move-ins and move-outs

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a great job and can work independently.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• A sales mindset (comfortable recommending solutions and closing rentals)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Reliability and consistency
• The ability to take initiative without being asked

Required Experience

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills

Experience in retail, hospitality, property management, or self-storage is a plus.

Schedule

• Consistent schedule
• Weekend availability required

Compensation

• Starting at $20/ hour
• Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
• Many team members earn an additional $300–$600 per month
