We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position that can be located in our Kansas City, Cincinnati, St. Louis, or Boston office. - Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
- Manage positions, including job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions or divisions
- Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Develop new recruiting strategies and build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
- Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person
- Guide candidates through interview process and maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership
- Various ad hoc projects requested by Talent Acquisition Director
- 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting required
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
- Experience managing multiple hiring managers and partnering with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
