We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position that can be located in our St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati or Boston office. - Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
- Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specificied positions
- Build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
- Complete ad hoc projects for the recruiting team, as needed
- 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
- Experience managing multiple hiring managers and working with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
