About The Program
Join Arclin, who's a premier international material science leader for a summer of innovation, strategy, and hands-on impact. We are seeking two high-energy interns to join our Global Supply Chain team in our Metro Atlanta corporate office.
This is a collaborative 10-week program where you will work in tandem with a fellow intern to optimize our end-to-end operations. From data visualization to customer relationship management, you will gain a 360-degree view of how a global manufacturer moves products from the plant to the customer. The program concludes with a either a solo or joint Capstone Project presented to our executive leadership team.

- Advanced Data Analytics: Harness the power of big data by creating Power BI dashboards that track real-time planning metrics, customer service levels, and global inventory health.
- Production Scheduling: Gain hands-on experience in the "heart" of manufacturing by assisting with production scheduling, balancing plant capacity with market demand.
- ERP Integrity & Validation: Perform deep-dive audits of our ERP system to validate and update customer item details, ensuring our master data is accurate and scalable.
- Salesforce Optimization: Build and refine comprehensive Customer Profiles in Salesforce, bridging the gap between supply chain logistics and commercial excellence.

- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with your fellow Supply Chain intern to share best practices and tackle complex operational hurdles.
- Professional Development: Weekly workshops on leadership, corporate communication, and the material science industry.

- Community Impact: Participate in organized community service days to give back to the Atlanta area.
- The Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Recent Graduates (December 2025 or May 2026) are also encouraged to apply!
- The Digital Native: You have a passion for systems. Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or ERP platforms (like SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
