What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Quality Intern position at Arclin?
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and organization of plant‑level approved supplier lists, to create site‑specific tools that support quality compliance and daily operations
- Assist with supplier quality documentation, including reviewing, updating, and coordinating the distribution of quality agreements for both existing and new suppliers
- Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) updates, including documentation review, gap identification, and alignment to evolving requirements
- Help establish training material frameworks and draft content to support quality education initiatives and internal knowledge sharing
- Support the creation and standardization of Arclin purchasing specifications by compiling and aligning existing internal and supplier documentation
- Maintain organized, accurate quality documentation with attention to version control and audit readiness
- Prepare summaries, working documents, and draft materials for review by Corporate Quality leadership
- Assist with additional quality‑related projects and tasks as identified throughout the internship

Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Quality, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical and compliance‑related documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
- Interest in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 standards, supplier quality, or compliance
- Familiarity with technical documentation such as specifications, TDS, CoAs, Quality and/or Purchasing Contracts, and training materials
- Data driven with strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Details
- This internship is preferred to be on‑site at Arclin’s Corporate Office in Alpharetta, GA, to support collaboration, mentorship, and exposure to the broader corporate quality environment.
