**Neurology – Interventional Neurologist Opportunity**
**Location: Johnson City, NY**
Growing neurosciences program with a strong focus on stroke and neurosurgical care.
Position created to meet increasing demand for interventional neurology services.
Facilities include:
• ~220-bed community-based hospital offering medical, surgical, and rehab services
• ~280-bed teaching hospital with Level II trauma designation and pending Comprehensive Stroke Center status
• 14-bed Medical/Surgical/Neuro ICU (flexible use) and a 16-bed cardiovascular ICU
Stroke and neuro-interventional programs already established and performing ~1500 stroke cases annually, with ~175–200 interventional and 200–250 diagnostic cases per year.
Practice Highlights:
• Faculty appointment available with a regional academic medical center
• Advanced Practice Clinician support
• EPIC EMR
• Collaborative environment with neurosurgery and neurointensivists (2 fellowship-trained neurointensivists in the NeuroICU)
• Bi-planar angio, Camino ICP monitoring, CSF drainage equipment, and cEEG monitoring available
Position Details:
• ~26 weeks of service per year
• ~150 interventional and ~250 diagnostic cases annually
• Close collaboration with neurosurgery and critical care
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary ($300,000 – $400,000 annually)
