The Role: As a Project Manager, you will be a key problem-solver for the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong, prompt, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. This position requires a proactive and self-starting individual who is dedicated to ensuring project success.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Plan, organize, and schedule project milestones to meet key objectives.
Plan and manage project operations based on the scope of work and timeline.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project information, resolving problems or questions from internal and external sources.
Manage project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Attend job site meetings and client discussions to ensure project visibility and alignment.
Proactively identify and address project issues.
Ensure all project tasks and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain clear, responsive, and professional communication with all internal and external clients.
Ensure all project details are well-documented and communicated to the project team via Salesforce.
Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure a positive project outcome.
Establish and maintain a network of professional contacts within the industry.
Attributes & Experience:
Personal Skills: Organized, prompt, diligent, and a self-starter.
Communication: Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal), follow direction, and exercise good judgment.
Technical Skills: Proficient with computer skills, including Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Mail, etc.). Experience with Salesforce and other project management software is highly preferred.
Other: A commitment to promoting and maintaining safety standards on all projects. Experience in commercial new build is highly preferred
