About Us

We’re a growing design/build studio that believes exceptional environments come from a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and craftsmanship. As we scale, we’re intentionally building a team-driven construction practice—one rooted in thoughtful systems, open communication, and pride in execution. We’re seeking a Site Supervisor who not only excels on the jobsite, but who is energized by the opportunity to help shape the future of our construction organization.

This role is designed for someone with long-term leadership aspirations. The right candidate will have a path to evolve into a senior operational role—including the potential to grow into our COO of Construction as the studio expands.

The Role

As our Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations on active project sites while helping build the foundation of our construction culture. You’ll represent the studio’s values on-site, lead teams with integrity, and continuously refine how we work—developing systems, processes, and standards that scale.

You’ll bring a builder’s mindset, a leader’s presence, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves today to shape a growing company’s tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead daily jobsite operations, ensuring clear communication across subcontractors, inspectors, designers, and clients.
  • Maintain site schedules, logistics plans, and documentation with an eye toward consistency and repeatability.
  • Conduct site meetings, setting expectations and modeling the culture we aim to build.

Quality, Craft & Design Alignment

  • Uphold design intent through hands-on review of drawings, details, and assemblies.
  • Champion quality control and precision, ensuring that craftsmanship aligns with our studio standards.
  • Partner with design and PM teams to resolve constructability challenges proactively.

Safety & Compliance

  • Own jobsite safety culture—leading by example, running toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with codes and inspections.
  • Support the development of scalable safety protocols as our team grows.

Systems, Processes & Organizational Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine construction systems, including workflows, checklists, scheduling templates, communication norms, and quality standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that create predictability and operational excellence.
  • Help define what a high-performing construction department looks like—not just for today’s projects, but for the organization we’re building.

Leadership & Team Culture

  • Mentor field staff and emerging leaders; contribute to a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous learning.
  • Embody the values and behaviors that will form the backbone of our future construction leadership team.
  • Play an active role in shaping organizational culture as we scale.

Qualifications

  • 5 years supervising construction sites—ideally in design/build, high-end residential, hospitality, or design-forward commercial work.
  • Strong blueprint and detailing expertise; passion for craftsmanship and design execution.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades in complex, detail-oriented builds.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence culture, guide teams, or develop systems/processes.
  • Proficiency with digital construction tools (Procore, ProjectSight, Monday.com).
  • Strong communicator who leads with clarity, presence, and humility.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ambition to grow with a studio that values leadership from within.
  • Preferred bi-lingual (english & spanish)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance incentives.
  • PTO, holidays, and flexible scheduling.
  • Significant growth runway, including a leadership track that can evolve into a COO of Construction role for the right candidate.
  • The chance to actively shape the systems, culture, and operations of a growing design/build studio.
