Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in high-end residential and hospitality design.
- Experience managing projects and producing documentation for all project phases from Feasibility and Concept Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases.
- Experience producing permit sets and coordinating with project team consultants.
- Experience and familiarity with building codes, construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Autocad, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Rendering/visualization software proficiency a plus including Sketchup & Enscape.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to be involved in all aspects of a project.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Licensure is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in-person, full-time, five days per week.
- We require applicants to have the legal right and authorization in place to work in the US when applying for this position.
