We are currently seeking a Project Architect for Studio One. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in multi-family residential work.
Required Skills & Experience
Salary $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

We are currently seeking a Project Architect for Studio One. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in multi-family residential work.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 7-10 years experience
- Strong design ability and graphic presentation skills, knowledge of contemporary architecture
- Interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
- Experience working with affordable housing and developer clients; experience with HPD, HCR, and DCP preferred
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including a knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
- Thorough knowledge of PassiveHouse, NYSERDA, HPD BLDS
- Experience developing CD sets, including detailing ability and coordinating disciplines
- Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members and coordinating consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
- Authorization to work in the US and English fluency
