BMA Architects is a collaborative design studio specializing in luxury modern residential work. From New York to California, from the beach to the mountains, we create highly personalized homes that function as individual retreats. Our work has been widely recognized with awards and publications.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Miami team. This role requires a strong design sensibility paired with the technical ability to carry projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Understanding of local permitting processes and prior high-end residential experience are essential
• Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated project management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
• Experience with construction documents, detailing, modeling, and graphics
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction
• Strong design, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients, consultants, and vendors
• Positive, professional approach with a problem-solving mentality
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
