We are currently seeking to hire a Miami Project Coordinator based in our South Florida office.
Qualifications
· Understanding of local permitting processes and prior high-end residential experience are essential
· Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated project management skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
· Experience with construction documents, detailing, modeling, and graphics
· Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction
· Strong design, communication, and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients, consultants, and vendors
· Positive, professional approach with a problem-solving mentality
· Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
