We are currently seeking an individual with 3-8 years of full-time experience in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles as a Project Designer. Applicants should be experienced with, and hold a strong interest in holding a Retail-focused position.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 3-8 years experience in an architectural office.
• Has experience managing all aspects of high-end retail projects, with an understanding of the unique dynamics and parameters that this type of work entails.
• Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions.
• Has experience crafting and managing the development of high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.
• Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus.
• Is familiar with building codes and obtaining agency approvals in varying jurisdictions throughout the US.
• Has Construction Administration experience, with the desire and ability to travel.
• Has experience leading and managing junior staff, is a plus.
• Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
