Duties
- Exceptional verbal (phone, email, in person) skills with friendly professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems and front end operations.
- Working closely with team members to provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clear communication.
- Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and specialized .
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings or events efficiently.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities including filing, document proofreading, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support administrative functions such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, maintaining organization of office supplies and records.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while supporting team members with personal assistant tasks or office management duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, office management, or administrative roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills (Note: potential for using other sofware specific to label and flexible packaging printing. Training will be provided).
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and email communication skills.
