What You’ll Do
- Oversee complex accounting matters and manage close processes
- Review financial statements and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
- Conduct tax research and apply technical guidance to client scenarios
- Support advanced tax planning and advisory engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for client issues
- Communicate complex accounting and tax matters clearly to clients
- Review work prepared by team members and ensure quality standards
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to staff
- Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of combined accounting and tax experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting and tax software
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Base salary of $75,000-$105,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
