What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies, trends, and adjustments
- Apply GAAP and firm standards to recommend appropriate accounting treatments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns
- Identify tax issues and recommend solutions under senior guidance
- Conduct tax research and apply findings to client engagements
- Communicate directly with clients regarding financial and tax matters
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned client workstreams
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex engagements
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of relevant accounting or tax experience (internships included)
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., CCH, Lacerte, UltraTax) preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and professional judgment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Base salary of $75,000-$105,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
