We're hiring a Commercial Insurance Producer to join an established, multi-state independent agency with an active inbound pipeline, cross-sell opportunities from a large personal lines book, and marketing-generated leads.
This is not a cold-start role. You'll walk into existing opportunities with the structure, support, and lead flow to ramp quickly — while building a book of business that's truly yours.
Compensation
- $50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission on new business and cross-sells
- Realistic Year 1: $140,000
- Top performers: $200,000
- Commissions paid monthly

Location & Schedule
This role is based out of our Farragut, TN office.
- Office: 161 West End Ave, Farragut, TN 37934
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility
- In-office during ramp; hybrid options available once established
A Day in the Life
- Working inbound commercial leads — discovery, quoting, presenting, closing
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities from existing personal lines clients
- Managing your pipeline in our CRM with consistent follow-up
- Generating a portion of your book through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Collaborating with our service team on submissions, renewals, and account rounding
What We're Looking For
- Active TN P&C license required
- 2 years commercial insurance production experience (BOP, GL, Workers' Comp, Umbrella, Auto preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and close a pipeline
- Comfortable with prospecting and self-generation
- Driven by performance and income — not looking for a service desk role
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with business owners
