GBS Support Analyst - Decatur, IL
General:
ADM’s Global Business Services (GBS) team provides efficient, compliant, and reliable services across ADM’s global operations. Within GBS, the Commodities Management Services (CMS) tower manages transactional activities supporting ADM’s grain and commodity settlements throughout the Americas region. This position is not remote and is based in the Decatur-City Center office.
Scope:
GBS is seeking a full-time CMS Support Analyst to join the Truck Settlement Team. This role focuses on supporting ADM’s grain settlement processes, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and timely within ADM’s accounting systems. The Support Analyst will collaborate with location personnel, commercial teams, and other CMS groups to drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across settlement activities.

Experience:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Agriculture, or Information Technology preferred
- Experience in grain commodities or similar business environments, with a strong preference for background in grain settlement, freight, or transactional systems support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven reliability, ability to meet deadlines, and desire to assist others
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience with end-to-end commodities settlement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Access. Power Point)
- Understanding of NGFA trade rules and grain licensing procedures desirable
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance settlement accuracy and efficiency.
