Job Summary
Archer Cargo is a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics and transportation company whose focus is on providing as much support to seasoned account managers as possible in order to free them up to be able to acquire more business.
We are looking for experienced account managers that need additional support to manage their book of business. Archer Cargo will bring on and build a team around you to help free up your day to day and open you up to be able to bring on more business. From back office staff, tracking and tracing, after-hours support, to carrier sales reps and sub-managers we will help tailor make a team to manage your accounts.
If you find yourself dealing with issues at all times of the day, working weekends, and feeling burned out with little or no help from your current brokerage and their poorly trailed support and after hours teams, we are the solution you have been looking for.
We offer top of the line commission splits, and take care of all of the headaches. We are a true partner in this business and understand that you cannot grow and bring on more business when you are wrapped up dealing with every little problem that arises!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong communication skills and a great personality.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
