position. The position will officially begin on Monday, August 24, 2026, and go through June
2027. Orientations for new employees will be in August prior to the start of school.

Essential Functions
experience is $47,000 - 58,500 per year. Any offered salary is determined based on internal
equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience,
degrees, and certifications.

- Foster a positive classroom environment that supports academic, social-emotional, and
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor student
- Communicate regularly and effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student learning and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in a Professional Learning Community
- Integrate technology to enhance student learning
- Support student participation in prayer, liturgies, and school-wide activities
- Supervise students and participate in school events as assigned
- Uphold school and Archdiocesan policies and expectations
- Model Catholic values in all interactions

- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of Core State Standards and instructional best practices
- Understanding of elementary student development
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to use assessment data to inform instruction
- Proficiency with educational technology tools
- Practicing Catholic committed to the mission of Catholic education
- Experience in Catholic or faith-based education
- Experience with differentiated instruction and project-based learning
- Experience or awareness of Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS).
