What You’ll Do
To provide administrative support for the Environmental Services department and manage the administrative office function.
Arcadia Retirement Residence
- Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Range
- $19.17 to $24.00 Hourly
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative support duties for Environmental Services.
- Assigns and checks for work orders for the Home & Community Based Programs.
- Coordinates department purchasing under guidance of the Environmental Services Manager.
- Codes all invoices for review by the Environmental Services Manager.
- Maintains inventory of all maintenance and housekeeping supplies.
- Assists with responding to residents, vendors and staff, and independently giving information and handling inquiries when possible and as requested.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4 year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, includes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
