We are actively seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dependable applicant to support adults with Special Needs to meet their goals, increase their independence and improve their quality of life!
Full-Time Assistant Manager position available in a Day Program setting for adults with disabilities in Wailuku.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6a-2p (40hrs)
Benefits Include: Health Ins (medical/dental/vision - we pay premium), Paid Time Off, Retirement w/match, Life Insurance, New Hire Incentive and Referral incentive $250 each.
Duties include: Supporting individuals to increase independence in activities of daily living and teach skills in accordance with individual goals, housekeeping, cooking and medication administration, transporting individuals into the community for recreation & social activities and medical appointments. Assistant Manager duties may include shopping, scheduling activities, compiling data, and attending appointments.
Applicant requirements: Valid Driver's License, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and experience working with special needs or elderly population preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. CPR/FA and TB required upon hire (will assist to obtain). Please email resume or work experience.
