Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety on every job site, following all company protocols and guidelines.
- Install and maintain landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Perform essential gardening tasks such as seeding, pruning, and basic plant health care.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain effective communication.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and well-managed throughout each project.
- Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow industry-standard procedures.
- 1 years of relevant or transferable experience preferred, but not requiredtraining provided for motivated candidates.
- Additional skills such as landscape design, blueprint reading, masonry, heavy equipment operation, trailering, or holding a CDL/Pesticide Applicators license are a plus.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation
$20 $26 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly paychecks and overtime opportunities available.
