Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves a mix of landscape construction, property maintenance, and seasonal snow removal. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weedwhacking
- Install and maintain mulch, edging, and planting beds
- Building flower beds and garden areas
- Installing patios, walkways, and hardscape features
- Property clean-ups and general grounds maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with winter operations including snow removal and plowing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide quality workmanship and professional service at all job sites
- LEAD PEOPLE HIGHLY DESIRED
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license (required for plow operators)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Experience operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid steers, or plow trucks is a plus
