Job Description:
Are you outgoing, compassionate, organized, and love making meaningful connections? We’re looking for an energetic Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to be the friendly face and trusted guide for our residents, families, and referral partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome new residents and families with warmth and compassion
- Guide admissions from inquiry to move-in
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners
- Promote our facility in the community through events and outreach
- Coordinate tours and answer questions with confidence
- Keep admissions paperwork organized and compliant
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams
- Help maintain high census and occupancy goals
