Job Description:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a skilled nursing facility provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LVN assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to ensure high-quality support for residents. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient progress, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. The LVN plays a key role in promoting resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
