Role Description

This is a remote, freelance contract role for a UKG BIRT Desktop Development Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing UKG solutions using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) as well as providing technical consulting and expertise. Day-to-day activities include data analysis, developing tailored solutions, supporting system integrations, troubleshooting, and conducting training as needed. The consultant will also collaborate with client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
• Expertise in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to customers
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Training and knowledge sharing with teams and clients
• Proficiency in Research to identify and implement best practices and solutions
• Knowledge of UKG and BIRT tools is essential
• Prior experience with system integrations and software customization is a plus
• Ability to manage projects independently and adapt to client-specific needs
