We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Sales to lead enterprise growth and build lasting partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
The Opportunity
As VP, Sales, you will serve as a strategic growth leader, driving new customer acquisition and expanding relationships across healthcare sites of care, labs, and revenue cycle organizations. You will leverage your executive-level network and proven track record of healthcare technology sales success to accelerate adoption of our solutions.
This role is ideal for a sales executive with deep experience in precision medicine, oncology, and/or healthcare software/lab services, who thrives on closing complex deals and building trusted, referenceable customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value contracts with health systems, independent practices, laboratories, and payers.
- Build and expand C-suite and executive-level relationships across healthcare delivery, lab, and revenue cycle markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless implementation and measurable client ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast, and report results to senior leadership.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor future sales team members as the organization scales.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare technology.
- Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar contracts and consistently exceed quotas.
- Deep executive-level relationships across healthcare sites of care, labs, and revenue cycle leaders.
- Experience selling solutions that address clinical, operational, and financial challenges.
- Background in precision medicine, oncology software, or lab services sales strongly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong references and a history of building lasting, trust-based customer partnerships.
