## Job Summary
Aranda Industries, LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable **Operations Assistant (Fleet Support)** to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced underground utility construction environment.
This role is responsible for helping keep operational and fleet-related needs moving by supporting vendor communication, parts and materials ordering, inventory follow-up, maintenance scheduling support, order tracking, and detailed operational recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, organized, responsive, and able to follow through on urgent needs in a growing company environment.
## Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations with a strong focus on **fleet and operational coordination**
Research and source **parts, materials, and supplies** for equipment and project needs
Communicate with vendors to obtain **quotes, pricing, availability, and delivery updates**
Submit **credit applications** and assist with vendor setup as needed
Place equipment, parts, and supply orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery
Track and monitor **inventory levels** and help communicate low-stock or urgent needs
Assist with **fleet maintenance scheduling**, service follow-up, and related coordination
Maintain detailed records of **orders, invoices, vendor communications, and operational documents**
Support tracking related to **vehicle usage, maintenance activity, and compliance documentation**
Work with internal teams to help resolve delays, shortages, service issues, and urgent operational needs
Assist with tracking costs related to **equipment, fleet, parts, and procurement activity**
Perform other operational support duties as assigned
## Minimum Qualifications
**Bilingual Spanish/English required**
**Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required**
At least **1 year of relevant experience** in operations support, procurement support, service coordination, fleet support, inventory support, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**
Ability to work in a **fast-paced, onsite environment**
Ability to coordinate urgent needs and follow tasks through to completion
## Preferred Qualifications
