As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a critical role in the care of our residents, providing exceptional medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in a warm and vibrant environment.
About the RN Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications and performing treatments, keeping accurate records, and directing the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants CNAs. You will also foster an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents. Your dedication to providing the highest level of care will enable our residents to maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest.
RN Responsibilities:
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all residents
Direct the day-to-day tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Foster a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
RN Qualifications:
Valid RN nursing license
Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare PCC software
Current CPR
Salary : $40
