The Floor Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and attractiveness of floors, while accommodating the needs and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
Duties include:
- Dust and wet mopping
- Buffing, Stripping, and Waxing of floors
- Cleaning baseboards (and other light maintenance).
Must also meet the following requirements:
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, lift, kneel, etc.
- Able to work independently, without direct supervision, but under a supervisor's review.
- Must be able to work well with others, be reliable and have a pleasant attitude.
