What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Accounting Coordinator / Bookkeeper position at Aquinas Healthcare?
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator / Bookkeeper to join our team immediately. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) with flexible hours, based in our Chatham office (potential for hybrid in the future ).
Pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and processing client payments
- Accounts receivable and client follow-up
- Payroll processing (ADP experience preferred)
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- QuickBooks journal entries and financial tracking
- Assist with expense and P&L reporting
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets (formulas required)
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience with payroll and accounts receivable
- Strong Excel skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using multiple systems (QuickBooks, ADP, Square, etc.)
Ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
