About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Create thoughtful visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, web experiences, and brand initiatives.
• Translate brand strategy into engaging creative that is distinctive, consistent, and effective.
• Explore multiple creative directions, iterate quickly, and present clear design rationale.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, researchers, developers, and marketers across a global organization to bring visions to life.
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language and design system, leaving your mark on the brand’s aesthetic.
• Use research, accessibility best practices, and user feedback to inform creative decisions, ensuring inclusive and effective designs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, interaction design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio and practical experience).
• A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, strong visual craft, and an ability to solve communication challenges, not just polished execution.
• An independent thinker who is comfortable working through ambiguity and proposing original ideas.
• Strong visual craft, typography, layout, composition, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with design systems and collaborating effectively with front-end developers.
