Creative Production & Brand Specialist [AQ-19877]

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Production & Brand Specialist to lead the visual and editorial migration of our core organizational assets. In this role, you will update, redesign, and standardize our existing suite of internal and external templates, collateral, and functional resources to reflect a refreshed brand identity, logo, and voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Asset Modernization: Redesign and rebrand existing documents across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, PDF) using updated color palettes, typography, layouts, and logo formats (.eps, .svg, .png, .jpg).
• Document & PDF Design: Configure, format, and optimize interactive PDF forms and complex layouts within Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Editorial & Compliance Alignment: Review and edit copy to ensure consistency with our refreshed brand voice while embedding required legal, regulatory, and disclosure statements.
• Workflow & File Governance: Maintain precise version control, folder organization, and file naming conventions in SharePoint while tracking progress across concurrent deliverables in Asana.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand managers, project leads, and stakeholders to source assets, gather design requirements, and route completed deliverables through approval channels.
• Process Standardization: Identify document patterns across departments to establish scalable, standardized template frameworks for future use.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4 years in creative production, marketing operations, document design, or a similar production-heavy role.
• Microsoft Office Mastery: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with deep experience building reusable styles, custom masters, and user-friendly template setups.
• Design & Editing Software: Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
• Copy Editing & Brand Voice: Strong editorial eye with a demonstrated ability to adapt messaging to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Project & File Management: Proven experience managing high-volume file updates and deadlines using Asana and SharePoint.
• Communication & Remote Autonomy: Clear, proactive communication style with the ability to manage workflows independently in a remote environment.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in financial services or a regulated industry is highly preferred.
