Key Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in live operational workflows, meticulously shadowing and documenting dependencies and system interactions to gain a comprehensive understanding.
- Analyze and map intricate technical processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that hinder optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development Operations, Infrastructure, and Engineering, to drive the streamlining and improvement of critical workflows.
- Develop clear, concise process documentation and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional technical documentation and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support
- Real-time operations or command-center environments
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
- Experience working in an Operations Center or equivalent 24×7 support environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
- Comfort collaborating effectively with Development Operations and Infrastructure teams.
- 5 years of relevant technical experience.
