- Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

- What You’ll Do:**
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison, fostering clear and timely communication between producers, artist relations teams, and studio photographers, while expertly fielding real-time requests.
- Oversee artist approval workflows, including effectively communicating image priorities, meticulously documenting requests, and managing all retouching feedback.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and photo producers to execute creative initiatives and pinpoint key moments for weekly and monthly studio recaps.
- Provide essential hands-on support for live events, including real-time editing and ensuring prompt asset delivery to relevant teams.
- Coordinate with the studio manager and production team to strategically schedule resources and execute monthly creative refreshes.
- Monitor and maintain studio equipment, spaces, and uphold operational standards across all studio locations.
