- Initiating template drafts for statements of work (SOWs), setting the foundation for efficient agreement creation.
- Handling standard contract amendments with no financial implications, providing essential internal support.
- Performing complex administrative tasks with a focus on contracts administration within a structured business framework.
- Extracting, formatting, and accurately entering contract data into specialized business tools and databases.
- Organizing and monitoring documentation workflows across multiple departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinating contract review processes through various communication channels, including meetings, calls, and email.
- Serving as a primary point of contact to educate the user community on contract management and compliance procedures.
