Social Media Marketing Specialist

Contract | $36.32 to $40.36/hr

Aquent is partnering with a leading global organization that is transforming how brands engage with audiences in the digital space. This innovative team is at the forefront of social marketing, creator partnerships, and digital advertising, helping power impactful campaigns that reach millions.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who loves both strategy and execution and wants to work directly on social media advertising campaigns, creator communication, testing, and performance optimization.

What you’ll do:

• Drive social media advertising programs across major platforms through hands on campaign management

• Execute A/B tests and marketing experiments to refine performance and strategy

• Plan and deliver online campaigns including strategy, content copy, and creative optimization

• Manage communications with content creators and provide updates on program and campaign status

• Partner with internal teams on broader program initiatives and updates

• Analyze campaign results and performance metrics to identify ways to improve outcomes

• Work cross functionally to help define, prioritize, and manage projects effectively

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2 years of experience in digital campaign management, specifically social media advertising

• 1 to 2 years of experience in partner relationship management with strong, professional, empathetic communication skills

• Experience launching advertising campaigns on social media platforms and working with platform partners

• Experience running experiments on ad platforms, including A/B testing

• Ability to curate and review content to ensure alignment with brand standards and content principles

• Strong written communication, especially in partner or client email communication

• Creative mindset with interest in content creation or editing

• 2 years of overall professional experience required, with 4 to 5 years preferred

Preferred background:

• Experience supporting content creator relationships

• Experience with content editing

• Experience in content moderation, social media processes, or business process management

• Experience as a social media advertising strategist
