- Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate the development of innovative prototype products from concept to completion.
- Monitor and manage the overall development process for various product lines, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all development details, fostering strong collaborative relationships with vendor partners.
- Create and meticulously update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, maintaining accurate and current product information.
- Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates, ensuring that communication tools are effectively utilized for timely information exchange with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams.
- Track all development stages diligently to assure execution is within established timeframes and project milestones.
- Communicate crucial design development details clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.
- Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product design or product development.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A solid background in product development processes and methodologies.
