What You’ll Do
- Support assortment and merchandise planning activities
- Prepare Weekly Business Reviews and Buyer Reviews
- Analyze sales, inventory, and assortment performance
- Gather and organize information from multiple business partners
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools
- Support planning meetings and future season planning activities
- Improve processes and create scalable planning tools
- 2 years of planning experience
- Experience supporting Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs)
- Experience with assortment, merchandise, or inventory planning
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Nike experience
- Power BI experience
- Tableau experience
- Retail or consumer products experience
- Experience supporting buyer reviews
- Merchandise financial planning experience
