What You’ll Do
- Strategically contribute to key planning processes, including annual demand forecasting, business planning, and budget management, aligning with the overarching learning strategy.
- Apply innovative design methodologies and problem-solving skills to conceptualize and deliver creative learning solutions that meet diverse user and business needs.
- Develop and implement cross-functional learning approaches that are practical, engaging, and designed to foster lasting behavioral change.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of all learning solutions and deliverables to ensure excellence before deployment.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze learning metrics, participant feedback, and reporting to continuously optimize the quality and efficiency of learning programs.
- Select and implement appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities to achieve specific performance objectives, gaining buy-in for strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a passionate advocate for the learning culture and values, actively cultivating these principles throughout the organization.
- Design and develop a variety of internal and external training aids, including multimedia visuals, handbooks, and quick reference guides, and curate high-quality learning resources.
